Lock mutually exclusive run type word bits: with the pool of SR and also the SR editor coming up, it is possible to lock them as requested in #382
Prevent users to create new SR types
Increase panel width so that Run Type Word bit labels show up completely

We have decided to hold of merging this request until we have SR editor in place.
