Temporary Bug Fix #130

This temporarily fixes the bug that the GetSNOmanNumber() function no longer exsists in RAT. I have simply replaced it with another number. This function isn't very important but should be properly fixed in the future. However, without this fix it is not possible to install the most recent version of snogoggles.
