Find a workaround for ROOT lack of Thread safety #19

Currently a ROOT file must be fully loaded before the data can be used, this is due to ROOT not being thread safe. A workaround is thus required.

Only affects ROOT 5.32.00, 5.32.01 is fixed.

Actually doesn't solve the problem, discussion is ongoing at http://root.cern.ch/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=14256&p=61393#p61393

Fixed by switching to a ROOT Independent Data Structure (RIDS).
