Less senstivity to builder garabage #22

The viewer should not be sensitive to the garabage coming from the builder, in particular it should not crash.

Hard to fix, errors exist in the DS::TrigSum class in RAT. Solution is to disable the TrigSum copy in the RAT::DS::Digitiser class.
