Gui elements do not appear #78

On snoplusmonitor2 some of the gui elements (frame resize/close buttons, frame titlebars, etc) are not drawn. When moused over a few grainy pixels appear. This seems to get worse after exiting/restarting the program (random letters disappear from frame contents, and hit colours go to greyscale). Deleting the snogoggles.xml file gets things back to the initial behaviour (no buttons/etc)

It sounds like only the gui images/textures are broken. Could you ensure that the files snogoggles/textures/GUIA.png and GUIB.png are readable and not corrupted.

@mschwen can you update the broken version then retry. If it still doesn't work can you send me the results of git status?

Fixed this now.
