Refactored frames to include ProcessData method to process the data into a renderable state, some refactoring of 3d modules #87

Checks whether the renderstate, datastore or guiproperties objects changed in the desktop because it's the first time down the line that I have access to the renderstate object, and it is more efficient than checking somewhere further downstream.
