Some issues when attempting to run out-of-the-box scripts on TELLIE test bench. Debugged and fixed these issues with James & Mark. ToDo: USB/serial port should probably not be hard-coded. This is still unchanged. /Edit: Sorry for not following the git commit conventions, I'm still new to this. :)

Fixed, you should be able to merge now.

OK, setting it back to None as default and 0.2 in the code. This is a temporary fix, once my parameters file is tested, I will make a major commit that provides a more elegant solution.
