Corrects Te130_2n2b and B8_Solar prior definitions for new-style spectra in zero_nu_limit.

Te130_2n2b prior is calculated from decay.DBIsotope converter
B8_Solar currently uses number from previous version of SNO+-docdb-507. Change here is to use full (0-15 MeV) counts * livetime. This is the version used for #76 verification, will update to number from SNO+-docdb-507v27 in next commit.

@jwaterfield , I've fixed the reference and added a couple of other references that were missing/unclear.
