Install instructions went missing #2

There used to be some minimal install instructions ( https://github.com/snopt/snopt-interface/commit/65f601e6abf8a0024015b084922c4be994cfb1f7 ). Could they be revived?

Compile/install instructions for snopt are located at http://ccom.ucsd.edu/~optimizers/compile.html. Instructions for using the c/c++ interface and precompiled libraries are located at http://ccom.ucsd.edu/~optimizers/usage.html I moved and reorganized some of the info. The install instructions you mentioned should be on the first page listed above.
