Question : participating sknorkel's Korean translation contribution #260

Hi,

I have seen this projects from deeplearning.ai's seminar of data-centric AI, and want to participate in the contribution of Snorkel.

As the first open source project for data, I would like to start with Korean translation and continue to improve Bug report and feature request, but there is no information on translation in the open source guidelines, so I would like to ask if I can participate starting with this.
