Feature Request: past weather as well as future #42

Intended use: I want to know whether I actually want to show up to Cassie, or if she's been dead for only 90 minutes so she won't be up for 30 more.

Either hide it in the /arisu command, or maybe make it configurable to be visible in the alarm itself (show last occurrence as well as next one upcoming), or something? That's the best I got.

(This obviously doesn't tell me whether there's a new instance or anything, but it'd eliminate some "false positives".)

I had plans to add a weather window to show the past, present and future weathers. But am currently taking a break from FF, will implement it when I return.
