Umlaut "ü" (ue) doesn't display properly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use "ü" (Umlaut-small u) in a copy via WYSIWYG.
2. Use "&uuml;" in html-code.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see a small "u" with to dots over it. You just see the small "u", 
the two dots are placed above the letter standing in front of the small "u". 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Font is integrated via "<link 
href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Istok+Web:400,700|", tested on Mac 
OSX 10.6.8 with Safari, Crome and Firefox.

Please provide any additional information below.
The issue is already obvious on the character set table. German authors would 
be grateful for a slight fixing.

I think that there is an issue in Mac OSX 10.6 with rendering composite glyphs 
("ü" in Istok font is such a glyph). Read, for example, here: 
http://www.nisus.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=4199 .

The screenshot shows your font in the fontviewer program "dp4 Font Viewer". I 
noticed that the lower case u umlaut seems broken when I browsed the ttf files 
from google fonts. I downloaded all their fonts in the HG repository. I 
Downloaded your font (Version 1.0.1) from code.google.com for cross check.
