Shallya's Mercy has been stubbed out.
Up next will be to add if they want to use it, then prompt for the stat.

Check in 14 - Shallya's Mercy.  It is coded - But one thing remains.
Is you don't quality for Shallya's Mercy and better popup needs to be done.
