add Brown-Forsythe test for group difference rotations #55

In order to test that groups have different variances, add a Brown-Forsythe variance test to group difference rotations.

This will involve adding a line to AbstractGroupDifferenceRotation, a few lines to MeansRotation, and adding another method in lineartesting
