Allow user to choose an address to send snowblossom from or - as alternative - freeze an address.

Can you give me some use cases for this? I know other wallets have done it but it rubs me the wrong way somehow.

It would be much easier to keep track on how much a miner or pool fee address received.

After making a couple of outbound transactions I can't see how much snow I received on these specific addresses anymore.

This also matters for accounting purposes and (less desirably) certain custodial use cases, where one has to demonstrate that they control a specific address with specific balance
