(!) EXTENSIONS and MEDIA_EXTENSIONS

Hi I am facing a problem with sending a .png file to a bot for it to reply what is on the picture.

File extensions are divided into EXTENSIONS and MEDIA_EXTENSIONS, but only the EXTENSIONS constant is used in the code.

So I removed the second constant (MEDIA_EXTENSIONS) and added from there all elements in EXTENSIONS and everything works, the code executes and without errors!
