Changing the query-hash key for `chat_break`

Problem

the chat_break is not working ##effectively See https://github.com/snowby666/poe-api-wrapper/issues/90

Testing

When I run with the new changes, I can see the "Context cleared" message in the Poe UI, and if I prompt the LLM with "what did we discuss so far?" I get "I'm afraid I don't have any record of a previous discussion we had"
