Additional Addins

Hi All,

Please find below a few more addins that I've been using for a while now, plus some updates to existing addins (that I created):

• new addin for an Aircon of the type I have, with 4 possible states (off, level 1, level 2, level 3) and a mapping to percentages in Homekit (0%, 33%, 66%, 100%)
• new addin for a push-button/impulse trigger (needed for some Garages)
• Updated GarageDoorOpenerAdvanced
• new addin for mapping a Thermostat with KNX-Modes to Homekit
