Changing ThermostatMode.js #169

Adapted "overknx" to be KNX->HomeKit communication only, for cases when the Bus is Master for Heating/Cooling. Added sendtoknx for the case that Heating/Cooling can be controlled from HomeKit.

Fixed a few bugs.
