Fixes for knxjs integration #194

These changes fix knxjs integration and are working great for me so far. There have been no problems over the last few month with knx connectivity for me. I can not really say anything in regards to knxd, but I have tried to make all so that there is as little impact as possible.

I'll give it a shot, though I will publish it to npm only after testing it at home first.
