ignore-option #88

As described in https://github.com/nfarina/homebridge/issues/1160 all platforms that are globally installed are always loaded. To opt out of this behaviour this branch allows to create a blocking file knx-ignore.txt next to config.json to prevent homebridge-knx from being registered as a dynamic platform.
