Add headers to pages missing them #193

There are generated pages on the site:

/u (listing of users)
project/t (tickets for each project)
project/w (listing of project's wiki pages)
/p (listing of projects),
/license/javascript
/notifications (user's notifications)
project/who

All of these should have some sort of header added to them to label what the page content is.

I have added h1 headers to each of these pages and submitted a pull request.
