universal, non-PiP versions of generated pages #194

We should consider adding top-level versions of /newedits, /newcomments, /t, and maybe even /w

It makes sense for people to want to see all edits across all the projects on the site all at once. Thanks to the filtering and sorting tools, which we have already but need to improve (GUI especially), people could focus how they like, such as viewing all the edits other than those from some project they want to ignore.

Obviously, a universal version of these pages should mark which project each item goes with.

A related idea could be to have a universal /updates page that would collect all edits, tickets, comments together in one listing. If we added the ability to default with a user's preset filters, it could function as a general update overview for each user.
