/edit for project does preview, but no way to adjust after previewing #216

Whereas wiki pages and comments show a preview and include the markdown box to adjust the edit before submission, editing a project only allows "edit" which actually loses the edits and starts fresh (!) and "submit".

We need to have the preview for editing projects work right, probably the same mechanism as for wiki pages
