I can't figure out how to open a ticket on Snowdrift.coop #301

This is both a design issue and a question. It should be very obvious how to open up a ticket.

it needs to be more prominently listed at the /t page, but it's explained here: https://snowdrift.coop/p/snowdrift/w/en/tickets

I propose leaving this open until it's made apparent how to create a ticket in the README, GUIDE, or wherever is best. Unfortunately, having it mentioned on a wiki page is simply not visible enough.

When I closed this, I made SD-585 for making it more clear how to make tickets. I should have linked that here before, sorry.
