Minor comments for future reference: we should have mentioned SD-623 ideally in commits or at least in this PR so that we have cross reference that this addresses that ticket.
I'm otherwise going to go ahead and merge this, and put off for another time the question of hiding the link if a user has no tickets. I imagine some users won't use that and showing it always but having it useless isn't ideal, however, showing it is fine enough for now and it does encourage users to go ahead and watch and claim things etc. Lots of design questions about readjusting things later, at least this works for now. Improvements one step at a time!
