Description

Currently we are offering to generate resources for kubernetes, openshift and knative, why not add Tekton as well as it is a project we support in RH?

Adds support in Dekorate for Tekton.

Tekton support has been significantly improved in the dekorate land:

support for additional build services:
- buildah
- docker
- custom

We should make these features available on the quarkus side.
