Instructions to install via single run in a flake env? #22

Would be cool to have a "the proof of the pudding is in the eating"/dogfooding onboarding experience where people can single-run via nix run github:snowfallorg/nixos-conf-editor then easily add the editor to their flake if it's not detected.
