Bug description

Players can create Chestshops on other Plots but they are not trusted. Plotsquared: v6.6.2-Premium

Steps to reproduce

1. Stand on the plot of an other player without premissions
2. Sneaken and clicking leftclick on a Chest
3. Create a Chestshop Sign

Expected behaviour

It doesn't create a Chestshop

Actual behaviour

The Chestshop will be created
