Enchanted books in 1.19 do not match itemstack isSimilar() method #332

Getting reports that in 1.19, enchanted books do not register as being the same.

i.e. 'Enchanted Book, Mending I' is set as shop item, and when it is stocked with more books of that type, the stock is shown as 0. (This could be due to a third party enchantment plugin, I still need to investigate this)

Not a bug. User is using eco enchants. Now a duplicate of #281
