Yes, when an EnderChest shop is out of stock and a player restocks it using their personal enderchest, the shop is not updated to show that it is in stock. Meaning that the player has to visit their shop and interact with the sign, or the server needs to be restarted for stock to appear as visible. Players are still able to purchase from the shop, since stock is rechecked upon a purchase attempt, but ideally the sign would show that it is in stock.
