[BUG] Checking Admin Balance for tx throws an error #448

Environment

- Server Version: Paper 1.21.1
- Shop Version: 1.9.1.0

Bug description

Admin shops don't work when they check for balance, since there is no user with that name for the currency type.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create Admin Buy shop
  2. Attempt to buy an item using Vault currency
  3. Error is thrown

Expected behaviour

Players should be able to buy items from an Admin shop

Actual behaviour

Players are unable to buy items from an Admin shop, error is thrown in log

I have reworked the Admin Shop TX handling, and I have fixed this bug. It will be released in 1.9.1.1.
