[Feature Request] Option to skip AMP pages #23

Can you add an option to automatically redirect AMP pages to the actual website URL?

AMP is Accelerated Mobile Pages, which is a framework created/pushed by Google. It essentially caches pages on Google servers for mobile devices and is claimed to speed up access to sites, reduce load, etc but it usually just results in slower/broken/out of date pages. The issue only really effects you if you use Google or Bing on a mobile browser, which I occasionally do in snowhaze. There are browser extensions that redirect AMP pages to the correct URL, such as this one - https://github.com/da2x/amp2html .
