DirectWrite for all Profiles #588

It seems like we are getting support issues for old Profiles distributed with MacType that don't have DirectWrite enabled.

A few possible options that come to mind:

  1. Enable (and configure) DirectWrite for those Profiles
  2. Remove profiles that don't have DirectWrite enabled from the distro
  3. Make it more obvious in MacType Wizard which Profiles do and don't enable DirectWrite rendering

Adding an indicator for non-DirectWrite enabled profiles in the wizard is not hard, but I doubt if there are many people that are actually using the wizard to select profiles.
