1 year ago I've tried on this problem many times. And from what I can tell, it is related to the CreateProcessInternalW hook which is responsible for child process hooking. And it is definitely a software conflict.
Because I've never encountered this problem personally, I have no effective way of solving this issue, so far.
Damn, this atrocity struck me today, i've tried so many different solutions however non seemed to have worked. I am hesitant to reset my pc as this problem is affecting Call of Duty Modern Warfare II and I don't think that it is worth it. I hope there is a fix or any aid that someone could provide.
