icons; windows; Change search msvc path order from newest to oldest instead #43

Changed the search order to find the newest VS installation - this can fix a issue where you could have older and possibly broken installation from older versions.

I'm phasing up to 2013 support as the default since it's free now so that makes sense, thanks for the PR
