owner	show a country input inside the modal dialog	capture the country the visitor is currently in

Acceptance Criteria

The country input should be a select input field
The country input may not appear in the modal content
The country input must have a label
The country input must have an error notification
The country input error notification should be hidden by default
The visitor should be able to select any country in the world
The country input should validate immediately
