Hey @rzats! Can we rework this to log enabled entities before Mediator stops, maybe even before Akka starts.

Problem is that there's no way to tell if our configuration is valid/invalid/handled/skipped. Sauna silently skips configs right now.

Also, we may want to rephrase empty entity-list notification: NOTIFICATION: [Active responders: ].
