Add customPostPath support for Remote Configuration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We are unable to add customPostPath support to the remote configuration as the configuration within the app.

Describe the solution you'd like To be able to post to our own custom paths

Describe alternatives you've considered The only option is to either hardcode the values in the app. This prevents us being able to change old app versions if we need to change the path. We can use our own remote configuration but that defeats the point of the tracker remote configuration supplied by snowplow.
