JSON Event Transformer: don't add null unstruct_event and contexts fields to output #5

Based on the discussion in the thread (https://github.com/snowplow/snowplow-scala-analytics-sdk/issues/11), don't add contexts, derived_contexts and unstruct_event to output when they are null.
