Add Packagist version button to README #11

I will add it to packagist once it is working on travis again, have been playing with the php autoload things in composer. Is a headache!

No rush re submitting to Packagist - that should be the last last thing we do. In the meantime, I will set up an account and share the password with you. Can you setup a Passpack.com account so I can share passwords with you?

Also in the meantime, just embed the Packagist buttons into the README, and they should start working when we do the upload. (Chicken before egg).

By the way, in package repos we always drop the programming language name, as it's obvious. So "snowplow-tracker" not "snowplow-ruby-tracker" in Rubygems, https://rubygems.org/gems/snowplow-tracker
