Yep, you are right. I've tested it with BQ Loader with publishing M3 locally however I will need to publish M3 to Bintray too. I am proceeding with publishing 0.4.2-M3 then ?

Yes, I granted you permissions for publishing tags. Could you also have a look at the git conflict and prepare the release.
