Akka-http 10.1.0-RC1 has basic preview support for HTTP/2 but it's missing a few additional API endpoints and the API isn't stable yet.

Java 9 (Scala 2.13 - targeting Q1 2018 release) contains ALPN support which may possibly be tricky to add in earlier versions.
