Annotation buttons' status is not coherent when using StickyTools

1. Set StickyTools to true
2. Open Adaptive UI interface, flash version
2. Select Draw tool
3. Use Draw tool

Draw button status is switched off. 
It should not be switched off until I select again the draw tool or until I 
click on another instrument. 

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.1.0_c_Annotations_1.0.40_Customizable_UI-rc2
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Browser: Chromium 24

where do I download the latest annotations? the latest I have in my account is 
FlexPaper_2.0.3_c_Annotations_1.0.20
