My Utorrent download reduced to 30 % from 60% on restarting #607

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On restarting my 60% downloaded file changed to 28%

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Utorrent 3.1.4  O/S windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

if you did not shut down cleanly, but kill or crash, this behavior is not 
impossible. however, this is a bugtracker for libtorrent, not utorrent.
