Change license from MIT to BSD3 in haskell-mime-mail-ses. #35

In the process of packing mime-mail-ses for Debian, it was noticed that the license might not be correct in the cabal file. I've modified it to use the BSD3, as does mime-mail.

I'll be happy to change up the licensing if there are issues.

I'd rather move the license files to use MIT instead. I'll push a commit for that myself, as the history should make it clear that I changed the license. I'll release to Hackage shortly.
