Hello, I'm able to build sns3(2019 release) based-on ns3.29.

I'm wondering which commit is the latest stable one(dev-leo) based on a newer version of ns3?

Hello,

The latest version of sns3 is based on NS-3.37 version. This version is accessible in dev branch.
