An example is given directly below the use of the term file type, as seen in your screenshot. Rejected.

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: The example does nothing to help Insurance Agents that have no idea what an .exe or executable is in the first place. Insurance Agents should not be assumed to have all these implicit technical vocabulary and knowledge: plenty of them (especially those from the older generation who did not grow up with technology) only know to "double click" this app or that app to open them and to use them. Others may only have experience with using Mac.

:question: Issue severity

Team chose [severity.Low] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: The dev team did not bother to provide any explanation as to why the severity should be downgraded. Since words in quotations appear quite prevalently in the UG, the severity Medium should be maintained (Low would imply only a rare occurrence)
