"Clientele" is not a word that most insurance agents necessarily understand

Team's Response

We are using the dictionary (layman) interpretation of the word "clientele". It is the same as using the word "client" The implication of accepting this is that we have to define every single noun we used in the guide, which is unnecessary. As such, we will reject this bug report.

Reason for disagreement: Clientele is definitely not an easy word, especially for people that learnt English as a second or third language, which can make up a significant proportion of the proposed user base.
