This document is supposed to be a developer guide for developers trying to extend this application. As knowledge of asymptotic runtime notation is required for developers, this is rejected.

Reason for disagreement: Yes, a developer who has a Computer Science degree would know of the term runtime complexity and big-O, but it is not an essential concept that is strictly required for self-taught coders to get into programming. Functional programs can be written without such theoretical knowledge.

It is ok to expect a certain level of proficiency, but this needs to be made clear e.g. in a prerequisites section.
